We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113206.T4, designed for incremental pulse output with 200 pulses per revolution, push-pull electrical characteristics, and a 10 mm solid shaft configuration. It is suitable for motion monitoring applications that do not require high pulse density but still need reliable installation and signal stability. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

The cable assignment should be maintained exactly according to the standard core layout, especially for phase and reference pulse lines. Even at 200 PPR, signal quality can degrade if the encoder cable is routed together with motor power or brake wiring. Mechanically, the shaft and flange interface should be installed without excessive preload. The encoder housing and cable outlet should not be altered in service when used in environments requiring explosion-protection-oriented installation.
