We provide a customized replacement solution for the GBAMH.0203P32 (single-turn) and GBMMH.0203P32 (multi-turn) absolute encoders. Both units are engineered to replicate the original encoders’ electrical and mechanical performance, with Profibus-DP communication, allowing seamless integration into existing automation systems without modifying PLC programs or bus parameters. This solution is ideal for retrofits, system upgrades, and maintenance applications.

The GBAMH.0203P32 offers high-resolution single-turn optical feedback with 262,144 steps per revolution (18-bit) and ±0.01° absolute accuracy. The GBMMH.0203P32 provides multiturn absolute feedback, supporting programmable revolutions, preset values, scaling, and rotation direction. Integrated diagnostic functions and a DUO-LED status indicator ensure real-time monitoring of position and operational health.

Mechanically, both encoders feature Ø58 mm aluminum housing with hollow shaft options (Ø12 mm / Ø14 mm), IP54 protection, and robust resistance to vibration and shock. With operating speeds up to 6000 rpm and wide temperature tolerance, these replacements provide reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
