The 881801-01 ISA 608 uses PROFIBUS DP output with a 25-bit multiturn resolution structure, combining 13-bit singleturn and 12-bit multiturn position data. Bus signal mapping, controller parameter configuration, and position data interpretation must be matched because differences may lead to incorrect feedback values or additional commissioning effort.

The mechanical integration boundary includes shaft fit, flange structure, and installation stability. This model uses a Ø6 mm round shaft with a synchro flange (63-type) mounting configuration and radial cable gland connection. Shaft alignment, flange compatibility, cable routing, shielding, and grounding continuity should be maintained because mechanical mismatch or electrical interference can affect long-term feedback reliability in industrial environments.

Wiring & Installation

The PROFIBUS connection requires verification of bus input, bus output, and power supply wiring.
