SSI replacement reliability depends on maintaining consistent serial communication between the encoder and the controller. The 826252-01 RHA 507 uses SSI Gray output with 13-bit singleturn resolution. Clock timing, inverted clock/data signals, hold function, code sequence direction, and controller-side data interpretation must be matched because differences in SSI processing can result in incorrect position values or additional commissioning adjustments.

The mechanical integration boundary includes hollow shaft fit, stator coupling, and cable installation conditions. This model uses a Ø14 mm blind hollow shaft with a 58/59 flange and stator coupling structure, together with an axial cable connection. Shaft engagement, coupling alignment, cable routing, shielding, and grounding continuity should be maintained because mechanical mismatch or electrical interference can affect long-term feedback reliability.
