The 813379-01 RHA 507 uses a 13-bit singleturn resolution structure with Parallel Gray output. Bit assignment, Gray code interpretation, code sequence direction, and supply compatibility must be matched because differences in signal mapping can cause incorrect position values or require additional controller configuration.

The mechanical integration boundary includes hollow shaft fit, stator coupling, and connector installation. This model uses a Ø12 mm blind hollow shaft with a 58/59 flange and stator coupling structure, together with an axial PT 19-pin connector. Shaft engagement, coupling alignment, connector orientation, cable routing, shielding, and grounding continuity should be maintained because mechanical mismatch or electrical interference can affect long-term position feedback reliability.

Wiring & Installation

The parallel interface requires verification of individual bit signal assignment, power supply, code sequence, and chassis shield connections. The configuration uses a 19-pin PT connector with dedicated wiring for Bit 1 through Bit 13, supply voltage, 0 Volt, code sequence, and shield. Incorrect bit mapping, signal direction mismatch, poor shielding, or improper grounding may result in incorrect position output or unstable system operation.

During replacement installation, the Ø12 mm blind hollow shaft and stator coupling interface should be checked against the existing machine structure. The axial PT connector installation, mounting stability, cable protection, and vibration conditions should be considered together to maintain reliable position measurement in industrial applications.
