SSI replacement reliability depends on maintaining consistent serial communication between the encoder and the controller. The 811858-01 RHA 507 uses SSI Gray output with 13-bit singleturn resolution and supports code sequence configuration. Clock timing, inverted clock/data signals, hold function, and Gray code interpretation must be matched because differences in serial data processing can result in incorrect position values or additional commissioning adjustments.

The mechanical integration boundary includes hollow shaft fit, stator coupling, and installation stability. This model uses a Ø14 mm blind hollow shaft with a 58/59 flange and stator coupling structure, together with a 5 m radial cable connection. Shaft engagement, coupling alignment, cable routing, shielding, and grounding continuity should be maintained because mechanical mismatch or electrical interference can affect long-term feedback reliability in industrial applications.
