We have developed a custom solution for model X700.I113236.T4, built for incremental feedback tasks requiring 10 pulses per revolution, push-pull output, and a durable solid-shaft installation structure. This version is suitable for coarse speed indication, direction detection, and low-resolution pulse monitoring. Since this is a non-standard custom product in limited quantity, the unit supports explosion-proof function, but it does not include an explosion-proof certificate. Typical production lead time: 15 working days.

Wiring and Installation Notes

The output pulse count is low, but the installation requirements remain unchanged. Supply wiring must stay stable, and signal channels should not be mixed with power conductors. The shaft and flange must be mounted without eccentric loading, and the housing should not be used as a lever point during installation. In explosion-protection-oriented service, enclosure integrity and cable condition should be checked regularly rather than modified on site.
